Please Note: Garages Are Monitored By Video Surveillance And Our 3rd Party Roving Security Officers On Duty!

ATTENTION- Garage Hours are listed below and notated on the LED Screen Sign at each point of entry!

Temple Street Garage:   

Hours: (For Hourly Customers) Monday- Saturday 7am-Midnight
Sunday- Closed

Monthly card holders will be able to access the garage from the Temple Street Side  and the Exchange Street Side 24/7. 

Casco Bay Garage: 

Hours: Monday- Sunday 4:30am- 11:45pm

 Monthly card holders and hourly customers will have access to the garage during the hours listed above.  The hours are driven by the Casco Bay Lines Ferry Schedule.

Custom House Garage: 

Hours: (For Hourly Customers) Monday- Saturday 7am-Midnight
Sunday- Closed

Monthly card holders will be able to access the garage 24/7. 

LOCKED OUT:

Please call 207-358-7888, our OnCall answering service will dispatch an officer to assist you after hours. There is a $25 lock out fee for all hourly or monthly cardholders who need assistance entering the garage after hours. This is a charge that is collected by our third party security firm. 

MHR Management LLC Office (4 Milk Street):  Please note that the office will have limited staff on premise during the week as many employees will be working remotely. We thank you for your patience and kindly ask that you email with any questions or concerns.  

Monthly Card Holders: please keep your prox card with you at all times to ensure access in and out of the garage (both by car and on foot)! If you are in need of a replacement pass, please contact  

Monthly Payments:

  1. Can be made online- please click “Pay My Bill”, from the drop down please select the garage you are a monthly customer of.. PLEASE triple check that you have the correct garage so the right company receives the payment. Failure to pay the correct garage will result in a processing fee to internally correct the mistake. 
  2. Can be made by check and mailed to:
