Hours: (For Hourly Customers) Monday- Saturday 7am-Midnight
Sunday- Closed
Monthly card holders will be able to access the garage from the Temple Street Side and the Exchange Street Side 24/7.
Casco Bay Garage:
Hours: Monday- Sunday 4:30am- 11:45pm
Monthly card holders and hourly customers will have access to the garage during the hours listed above. The hours are driven by the Casco Bay Lines Ferry Schedule.
Custom House Garage:
Hours: (For Hourly Customers) Monday- Saturday 7am-Midnight
Monthly card holders will be able to access the garage 24/7.

LOCKED OUT:
Please call 207-358-7888, our OnCall answering service will dispatch an officer to assist you after hours. There is a $25 lock out fee for all hourly or monthly cardholders who need assistance entering the garage after hours. This is a charge that is collected by our third party security firm.
Monthly Parking Payments (Monthly Payments Will No Longer be Accepted at the Garages)
Monthly parking pass payments are payable on or before the 1st of each month by check or credit card through LazParking.com You may pay by credit card online by going to the Laz Parking website www.lazparking.com, creating a log in for your subscription account. If you chose to pay by a check you may send payments via postal mail to the address listed below. Please make check payable to: Laz Karp Associates, LLC
