Replacement MHR Monthly Parking Pass Card
If you’ve lost / damaged your parking pass card and it needs replacement, please contact Customer Service right away. Please be advised that there is a replacement pass fee.
Monthly Parking Pass Payments (Monthly Payments Will No Longer be Accepted at the Garages)
Monthly parking pass payments are payable on or before the 1st of each month by check or credit card. You may pay by credit card online by going to our website www.mhrmanagement.com, at the top of the home page. Please click on the tab in the upper right-hand corner, “Pay Your Bill” and select the garage you are a monthly customer of. Please select the correct garage, failure to pay the wrong garage will result in a processing fee to internally correct the mistake. If you chose to pay by a check you may send payments via postal mail to the address listed below. Please make check payable to the correct garage (Please see below):

- Custom House Parking Garage – payable to: 25 Pearl MHR LLC
- Temple Street Parking Garage – payable to: 11 Temple MHR LLC
Late Payments: $20.00 late fee will be added to your account if your payment is not received on time. Your monthly parking card will be locked until payment is received. MHR Management LLC reserves the right to revoke parking passes from any individual or company who frequently submits late payments.
Please note that once payment is received it can take up to One Business Day for your card to be reactivated.
